The CED Business Library includes books, pamphlets, newspapers, directories, and periodicals geared toward the needs of business owners and entrepreneurs.
Materials are intended to help business owners stay current on topics such as marketing, managing employees, and business development.

- Internal Revenue Service Website - The IRS website contains Webinars for Small Businesses, Tax Scams/Consumer Alerts, IRS Tax Tips, IRS Statements and Announcements, and an information e-Newsletter, which all contain helpful information for entrepreneurs and business owners.
- SBA Small Business Readiness Assessment - This guide is designed to help you better understand your readiness for starting a small business. It is not a scientific assessment tool. Rather, it is a tool that will prompt you with questions and assist you in evaluating your skills, characteristics, and experience -- as they relate to you readiness for starting a business.
- SBA Learning Center - The SBA offers a variety of online courses to help you start and run your business. These courses are designed to help you research, plan, and turn your ideas into a great business. These online courses are complimentary of the SBA and offered at no cost to you.
